Rebranding Teach First

Brand identity & advertising campaign.

Challenge:
Teach First is a non-profit social enterprise working to transform primary and secondary education by training the best teachers to work with schools facing tough challenges. Operating over 15 years, the identity needed a new look and feel to reflect a bolder stance on educational inequality.

Solution:
The new brand introduces a simple T/F monogram echoing the ethos: ‘building a fair education for all.’ We introduced loud typography, a punchy colour palette, a snappier tone of voice and a revised art direction style representing authentically cheeky school kids.

Alter the Outcome campaign

A multi-channel advertising campaign based on decision making. Graduates face the choice: get a job which pays the bills or gain a career with purpose. By working with Teach First, recruits can help disadvantaged schools and ‘alter the outcome.’
